Interference with river banks unless permitted.
Section 65 : License for the use of water. Section 69 : Power to set conditions for water use such as quantity, pipe, pump, drain, dam, etc. for mining purposes. Section 74 : Responsibility to purify water to set quality of used water before discharging back into river. |
